Blargh, have had a few bad depression days, full of self-critical thoughts, lack of energy, anhedonia, etc. Not too bad on the suicidal thoughts, at least. The self-hate, though...
Good things about today: Might finally have an idea of who to talk to to get access to resources I need for research (after about 2 months of trying). Got fanbingo card.
Bad things about today: Bus home was forty minutes late. Mental health took a nosedive about 3 pm.
